We had ordered an electric cushion to go on top of my mom's chair. She had Alzheimer's but also arthritis, and so going from a sitting to a standing position was sometimes difficult. My husband is describing the dimensions of this device to the postal worker who is looking for it, and Hubby said, "I'm not exactly sure how big it is; it's an electric chair for my mother-in-law."

I wrote a book on our travails taking care of my mom called, "My Mother Has Alzheimer's and My Dog Has Tapeworms: A Caregiver's Tale," and I had to include that anecdote.
